Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place flatbread on a sheet pan and brush with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add mozzarella.
- Add chosen topping.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 2 minutes and slice.
Notes
- Don’t overload toppings or flatbread becomes soggy.
- High heat = perfect crisp.
- Dry fresh mozzarella before using.
- Use parchment paper for instant cleanup.
