Ingredients
  

  • 4 refrigerated biscuit dough rounds
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp cooked bacon or sausage optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F.
  2. Flatten biscuits and press into greased silicone cups.
  3. Crack one egg into each cup.
  4. Add cheese and optional fillings.
  5. Air fry 10–12 minutes until eggs set.
  6. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use low temperature for even cooking
  • Pre-cook all meats
  • Don’t overfill with egg
  • Silicone cups make cleanup easier
