Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz fresh mushrooms button or cremini
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan optional
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Clean and thoroughly dry mushrooms.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  3. Set up flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations.
  4. Bread each mushroom: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray with oil.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Dry mushrooms completely for best crunch
  • Avoid stacking in the basket
  • Eat fresh for maximum crispiness
  • Reheat in air fryer only (not microwave)
