- Clean and thoroughly dry mushrooms.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Set up flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations.
- Bread each mushroom: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Arrange mushrooms in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
