Method
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Whisk batter ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss cauliflower florets until lightly coated.
- Air fry in a single layer for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix buffalo sauce ingredients.
- Toss cauliflower in sauce.
- Air fry again at 400°F for 5–7 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Shake off excess batter before cooking
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less butter
- Best served immediately while hot and crispy
