Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower about 6 cups florets
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder for sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Whisk batter ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets until lightly coated.
  4. Air fry in a single layer for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Mix buffalo sauce ingredients.
  6. Toss cauliflower in sauce.
  7. Air fry again at 400°F for 5–7 minutes until crispy.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket
  • Shake off excess batter before cooking
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less butter
  • Best served immediately while hot and crispy
