Method
- Pat chicken dry and season lightly.
- Mix flour with half the seasonings.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and remaining seasoning.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spray basket lightly.
- Place cutlets in a single layer.
- Spray tops lightly.
- Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.

- Do not overcrowd the basket
- Thin cutlets cook best
- Use panko for extra crunch
- Spray lightly for even browning
