Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  2. Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Fold gently until combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  7. Air fry at 320°F for 35–45 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Don’t overfill the pan.
  • Cover loosely if browning too fast.
  • Let cool before cutting.
