  • 30 slices salami

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange salami and pepperoni slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  3. Avoid overlapping slices to ensure even crisping.
  4. Air fry for 5–7 minutes until slices curl and edges turn crispy.
  5. Remove chips and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  6. Allow chips to cool for 1–2 minutes to become extra crispy.
  7. Serve with dips like ranch, marinara, or cream cheese.
