  • 1 tsp avocado oil or spray
  • Optional dipping sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Lightly spray dumplings with oil.
  3. Arrange dumplings in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
