Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup warm milk or cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt.
  3. Air fry for 18–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Transfer hot potatoes to a bowl.
  5. Mash with butter and milk until smooth.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
