Ingredients
  

  • 2 plain naan breads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup toppings of choice pepperoni, veggies, etc.
  • Optional: crushed red pepper dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Brush naan lightly with olive oil.
  2. Spread a thin layer of sauce.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly.
  4. Add toppings sparingly.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Air fry for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
  7. Rest 1 minute before slicing.

Notes

  • Use less sauce to avoid soggy naan
  • Preheat for even cooking
  • Don’t overload toppings
  • Adjust time based on naan thickness
