Method
- Pat shrimp dry thoroughly.
- Mix flour with half the seasonings in one bowl.
- Beat eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix panko with remaining seasonings in a third bowl.
- Coat shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spray basket lightly with oil.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer.
- Spray tops lightly.
- Air fry 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
