Method
- Wash and dry baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut large ones in half.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket
- Dry potatoes fully before seasoning
- Adjust salt after cooking if needed
- Add cheese only in the final minutes
