Method
- Dry chickpeas very well.
- Toss with oil + salt.
- Roast at 400°F for 35–45 minutes.
- Add spices after roasting.
- Cool before eating.
Notes
- Dry chickpeas completely or they won’t crisp.
- Add seasonings after roasting to avoid burning.
- Don’t seal airtight or they lose crunch.
- Roast longer if they still feel soft at 35 minutes.
