Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Your favorite seasoning blend

Method
 

  1. Dry chickpeas very well.
  2. Toss with oil + salt.
  3. Roast at 400°F for 35–45 minutes.
  4. Add spices after roasting.
  5. Cool before eating.

Notes

  • Dry chickpeas completely or they won’t crisp.
  • Add seasonings after roasting to avoid burning.
  • Don’t seal airtight or they lose crunch.
  • Roast longer if they still feel soft at 35 minutes.
