Method
- Remove pork chops from fridge 15 minutes before cooking.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Cook pork chops for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with sauce and cook another 4–6 minutes.
- Check internal temp (145°F).
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
