Honey Garlic Air Fryer Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1–1¼ inches thick
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • Honey Garlic Sauce
  • cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Remove pork chops from fridge 15 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Cook pork chops for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush with sauce and cook another 4–6 minutes.
  7. Check internal temp (145°F).
  8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not add sauce too early to avoid burning
  • Use a meat thermometer for best results
  • Let pork rest before slicing
  • Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes
