Method
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, seasoning.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Coat each ball in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Air fry at 385°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or chipotle mayo.
Notes
- Use fresh jalapeños, not pickled.
- Chill balls before coating for firmer texture.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
- For extra crunch, double-coat with breadcrumbs.
