Method
- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Chill 20 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until glossy.
- Gently fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture.
- Spread filling over crust. Smooth top.
- Chill at least 6 hours or overnight before slicing.
Notes
- Use full-fat dairy only
- Chill longer for cleaner slices
- Warm knife = perfect cuts
- Store covered in fridge
