No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • Crust
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies filling removed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Filling
  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 ¼ cups Nutella
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold

Method
 

  1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Chill 20 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until glossy.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture.
  5. Spread filling over crust. Smooth top.
  6. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight before slicing.

Notes

  • Use full-fat dairy only
  • Chill longer for cleaner slices
  • Warm knife = perfect cuts
  • Store covered in fridge
